There are many factors that affect when you get paid, including payment method, how much the platform "trusts" you in the beginning of your relationship, and the payment schedule for the site.
A typical bank transfer may take 5-10 days to deposit into your bank account. Selling an item may take a longer or shorter time depending on your price and how desirable it is.
Many sites take 1-2 weeks longer in their initial payout to you.
